We proudly present Inigo, a new line of Jesuit-produced varietal wines from Ignatius Cellars, a leading winery in Australia's famed Clare Valley region.

Established in 1851 by the Society of Jesus to provide sacramental wine, Ignatius Cellars is still owned and operated by the Jesuits, who today produce an award-winning range of fine table wines, including the new Inigo label.

Your purchase of these wonderful and affordable wines - available exclusively in the United States through Loyola Productions - supports the ongoing charitable work and global mission of the Society of Jesus.

Wines noted below may be purchased individually or in cases of 12 bottles. As a convenience to supporters, shipping and handling costs are included in the purchase price.

2005 INIGO SHIRAZ -
Clare Valley's signature red wine, Shiraz is highly regarded for its traditional varietal qualities of pepper/spice aromas and soft mouth-filling tannins. Our Inigo 2005 Shiraz is a rich, full bodied wine of great stature, with overtones of black cherries, dark chocolate, and pepper. 		2005 INIGO CABERNET SAUVIGNON -
Notwithstanding Clare Valley's reputation for outstanding Shiraz, 2005 saw a remarkable red Cabernet Sauvignon. Clare Cabernets are notable for their restrained elegance and this Cabernet Sauvignon adroitly expresses this character. A deeply colored wine, it exhibits aromas of mulberry and rhubarb with a long finish.		 2007 INIGO RIESLING -
The Clare Valley is the premier region for the production of a crisp, fresh style of Riesling that first gained fame in Australia. The 2007 Riesling is a fine example of Riesling's distinctive quality, bursting with fresh flavors of lemon and orange blossom and a crisp finish.
